Like most web site operators, PFLtd collects non-personally-identifying information generally made available by web browsers and servers, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PFLtd’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use our online services. PFLtd may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its web site.
PFLtd also uses third party tracking-utility partners who use log files to collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. PFLtd does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to PFLtd’s web sites choose to interact with PFLtd in ways that require PFLtd to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PFLtd gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for our free consultations or trial services to provide an e-mail address. We also provide them the opportunity to provide additional information such as name, phone number, Skype name and/or country. We also ask visitors who purchase services on our web sites to provide information including their name, e-mail and postal mail addresses, and other personal and financial information required to process their transactions. In each case, PFLtd collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with our online platforms. PFLtd does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain web site-related activities.
PFLtd may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its web sites. We may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PFLtd does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

In the event PFLtd goes through a business transition, such as an acquisition by another company or non-profit entity, or sale or transfer of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via e-mail of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
